Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines what is not permitted when using www.solutechwest.com or any service provided by SOLUTECH WEST LLC. It forms part of the Terms of Service, and violation entitles us to suspend access or service immediately.
1. Prohibited conduct on the site
- Accessing or attempting to access areas, accounts, systems or data you are not authorized to access.
- Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of our systems, or circumventing any security or authentication measure.
- Automated extraction of content (scraping, crawling, data mining) without our written authorization, other than search engine crawlers that respect our robots.txt file.
- Submitting forms, messages or requests in bulk or by automated means in a way that degrades site performance.
- Introducing viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware or any malicious code.
- Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with an organization.
- Harvesting third-party contact data from our site for marketing purposes.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to derive the source code of any component of the site or our services.
- Using the site for any unlawful purpose or to promote unlawful activity.
2. Prohibited conduct when using our services
Where we develop, host, manage or promote digital assets for a client, that client agrees not to use them to:
- Distribute content infringing third-party copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets or rights of publicity.
- Publish defamatory or obscene material, or material inciting hatred, violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.
- Any content involving or exploiting minors.
- Conduct fraud, phishing, pyramid schemes, investment scams or any deceptive commercial practice.
- Send unsolicited commercial communications in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA or equivalent rules.
- Distribute malware or host attack infrastructure.
- Sell or promote goods or services whose sale is prohibited by applicable law, or for which the client lacks required licenses.
- Violate sector-specific rules applicable to the data processed (for example, protected health information or payment card data) without having informed us in advance and without the corresponding agreements in place.
3. Content we may decline
We reserve the right to decline to produce, publish or promote content we consider misleading, unsubstantiated, defamatory, contrary to advertising platform policies or incompatible with our values, without that constituting a breach on our part.
4. Consequences
Depending on severity, we may: require correction within a stated period; suspend the service or access; terminate the agreement without refund of amounts accrued; retain and provide information to competent authorities where legally required; and seek damages.
5. Reporting abuse and vulnerabilities
If you detect misuse of our systems or a security vulnerability, write to legal@solutechwest.com with the subject "SECURITY." We appreciate responsible disclosure: we will not pursue action against anyone who reports a finding in good faith without exploiting it, without accessing third-party data, and without publicly disclosing it before we can remediate.
