1. Our commitment

SOLUTECH WEST LLC wants www.solutechwest.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with visual, auditory, motor or cognitive disabilities. We work to align the site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and treat accessibility as an ongoing process rather than a finished state.

2. Measures taken

• Semantic structure with correct heading hierarchy and identified regions.
• Descriptive alternative text on images that convey information.
• Sufficient contrast ratio between text and background.
• Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
• Forms with associated labels and descriptive error messages.
• Responsive design allowing text to be enlarged to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
• Plain, direct language.
• We avoid flashing content and media that autoplays with sound.

3. Known limitations

Some third-party components — the embedded video player, the scheduling tool and the chat widget — are not entirely under our control and may present accessibility barriers. We work with those providers and evaluate more accessible alternatives. PDF documents published before 2026 may not be fully tagged; we can provide an accessible version on request.

4. How to request help or report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need content delivered in another format, write to legal@solutechwest.com with the subject "ACCESSIBILITY," identifying the page and the difficulty encountered. We acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and propose a solution or alternative access within 10 business days.

5. Evaluation

We review site accessibility periodically through automated evaluation and manual testing with keyboard and screen reader. This statement is updated after each review.
