2. Specific notice regarding CORTIJO — architectural services

This notice is essential. Read it before engaging any CORTIJO service.

CORTIJO is a line of conceptual architectural design, Building Information Modeling (BIM), design documentation and architectural visualization services.

  • SOLUTECH WEST LLC is not a licensed architecture or engineering firm in any state of the United States.
  • SOLUTECH WEST LLC does not and will not act as Architect of Record (AOR) or Engineer of Record (EOR) on any project.
  • We do not stamp, seal, sign or certify plans, calculations or construction documents, and we do not submit documentation to permitting or building review authorities.
  • Our deliverables are conceptual design and coordination material that must be reviewed, validated, adapted, sealed and signed by an architect or engineer duly licensed in the project's jurisdiction before being used for permitting, bidding or construction.
  • We do not verify compliance with building codes, zoning ordinances, fire codes, accessibility requirements or any other applicable regulation. That verification rests exclusively with the licensed professional of record.
  • The client is responsible for engaging the required licensed professionals and assumes all risk arising from use of our deliverables without that validation.

Visualizations, renderings and virtual walkthroughs are illustrative artistic representations. Materials, finishes, dimensions, landscaping, lighting and surroundings may differ from the built result.

3. Notice regarding marketing, SEO and advertising results — MOBIK STUDIO

  • We do not guarantee search engine rankings. Ranking depends on algorithms owned by Google and other engines, which change without notice and are outside our control. Any provider guaranteeing first position on Google is making a claim it cannot substantiate.
  • We do not guarantee volumes of traffic, leads, sales or return on investment. Results depend on factors outside our control: the market, competition, advertising budget, the client's offer, pricing, sales responsiveness and the quality of its product or service.
  • Projections are estimates. When we present a results projection, we do so based on historical data and industry benchmarks, expressly identified as an estimate. It is not a promise or a contractual guarantee.
  • Case studies reflect specific situations. Published results correspond to particular clients, in particular markets, with particular budgets. When we publish a standout result, we also state the result a client can generally expect.
  • Platform changes. Changes to the policies, algorithms, formats or pricing of Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms may affect campaign performance. We are not responsible for those changes or for account suspensions imposed by those platforms.

4. Notice regarding technology, cloud and cybersecurity services — EXQUERIX and SOLUTECH CLOUD SERVICE

  • No security measure is infallible. We implement controls consistent with industry good practice, but we do not warrant that client systems will be immune to intrusion, malware, ransomware, zero-day attacks or human error. Our services reduce risk; they do not eliminate it.
  • Availability. Service level commitments (SLAs), response times and maintenance windows are those specified in the signed agreement. Information published on the site is indicative.
  • Third-party dependency. Availability of managed services depends on external infrastructure, connectivity and licensing providers. Outages originating with them are beyond our control.
  • Artificial intelligence. Systems based on language models and AI agents may produce inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected output. We design and implement validation controls, but the client must maintain human oversight over material decisions. We do not warrant the accuracy of content generated by third-party models.
  • Backups. Unless the agreement expressly includes a backup and recovery service, responsibility for backing up information rests with the client.
