Last updated: August 14, 2026
SOLUTECH WEST LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same of its clients and users. We respond to infringement notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
1. How to report an infringement
If you are a copyright owner — or their authorized representative — and believe content published on our site, or on a site we host or manage, infringes your work, send a written notice to our Designated Agent including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with information sufficient to locate it (exact URL).
- Your contact details: full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. What we do on receipt
We review the notice, promptly remove or disable access to the identified material if the notice meets the statutory requirements, and notify the affected user or client, providing a copy of the notice.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was an error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent, including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which you reside — or, if outside the United States, the Southern District of Florida — and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
We will restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the original complainant informs us it has filed a court action.
4. Repeat infringers and false notices
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts and services of repeat infringers. Federal law provides for liability in damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, for anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or that it was removed by mistake (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
