Sharing for advertising. When you accept advertising cookies, certain online identifiers are transmitted to Meta, Google and LinkedIn to measure campaigns and serve advertising. Under California and other state laws, that transmission may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, even though we receive no money for it. You may turn it off at any time through Your Privacy Choices, the "Cookie preferences" button, or a browser opt-out signal (section 8).
Vendor contracts. All our vendors and contractors are bound by written agreements limiting use of the information to our instructions, imposing confidentiality and security duties, and prohibiting reuse for their own purposes.
5. International transfers
SOLUTECH WEST LLC operates from the United States and your information is stored and processed principally there. Part of the technical delivery of our services is performed by independent contractors located in Colombia and, on occasion, in other Latin American countries.
If you are located outside the United States, you understand and agree that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and in the other countries where our providers operate, whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country of residence. Every transfer is made under written data processing or data transmission agreements containing appropriate confidentiality, security and purpose limitation safeguards. For data subjects in Colombia: the United States is among the countries declared to provide an adequate level of protection by the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce in External Circular 005 of 2017, so data flows to our headquarters require no additional authorization.
6. Retention

7. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures reasonable and appropriate to the risk: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest where supported, multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts, least-privilege access control, regular backups, confidentiality agreements with all personnel and contractors, and periodic vendor review.
No system is completely secure. If a security breach compromising your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the competent authorities within the periods required by applicable law, including the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171), which requires notification within 30 days of determining the incident.

Universal opt-out signals. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized opt-out preference signals transmitted by your browser or extension. When we detect a valid signal, we disable advertising cookies in that browser and confirm it on screen. If your browser does not send the signal, that is not treated as consent.
